The MobiWork Acumatica connector automatically adds "Import from Acumatica" and "Export to Acumatica" actions so that you can manually sync customers, parts, vendors, invoices, quotes, etc. between MobiWork and Acumatica at any time, giving you full control over the synchronization process:
In addition to manual synchronization, the MobiWork Acumatica connector can be configured to automatically synchronize entities and/or transactions, ensuring both systems stay aligned without manual effort. For instance, when a MobiWork invoice is set to the "Customer Invoiced" status, it can be pushed automatically to Acumatica (and if the customer doesn’t exist in Acumatica yet, it will also be automatically created).
